Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years compounding or industry experience.
  • Proven experience in provider relations, business development, or sales.
  • Compounding pharmacy sales experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan Territory Business Plans, conferences, and events.
  • Knowledge of compounding pharmacy regulations and industry standards.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%) for field selling and conferences.
  • Self-motivated, proactive problem-solving, goal-oriented, and opportunity hunting.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential prescribers, including physicians and clinics, to expand our 503A compounding pharmacy network.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities and partnerships within the healthcare industry.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow and diversify the network.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing network providers.
  • Plan and execute Territory Business Plans with in-person visits, meetings, and presentations.
  • Articulate the value propositions of our 503A pharmacies to providers and address concerns.
  • Develop strategic Territory Business Plans to enhance brand visibility and provider relationships.
  • Gather provider feedback to pinpoint improvements and refine future strategies.
  • Distribute educational materials and resources to help prescribers understand benefits and scope.
  • Execute strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and meet targets.
  • Utilize data analytics to track provider performance metrics and market trends.

  • Actively seek out new business opportunities and partnership prospects within the healthcare industry, leveraging existing networks and conducting market research.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to organically grow and diversify the network, aligning with organizational projections and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing network providers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Plan and execute Territory Business Plans tailored to engage prescribers, incorporating in-person visits, meetings, and presentations to maximize impact.
  • Articulate the value propositions of our 503A compounding pharmacies and their services adeptly, ensuring alignment with provider needs and addressing concerns effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategic Territory Business Plans aimed at enhancing brand visibility and fostering provider relationships.
  • Proactively gather feedback from providers to pinpoint areas for improvement and fine‑tune future strategies accordingly.
  • Compile and distribute educational materials and resources to support prescribers in understanding the benefits and best practices of our pharmacies and therapeutic scope.
  • Execute strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve targets.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze provider performance metrics, network growth, and market trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred or 3+ years compounding or industry experience
  • Proven experience in provider relations, business development, or sales is required
  • Compounding pharmacy sales experience is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated proficiency in organizing and executing Territory Business Plan, conferences, and promotional events.
  • Knowledge of compounding pharmacy regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data‑driven decisions
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75% of the time) for field selling and conference participation.
  • Self‑motivated and results‑oriented, with a proactive approach to problem‑solving, goal achievement, and hunting for new opportunities.
