Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist in Arizona to join a health-focused organization recognized for excellence. Shifts run 6:30 AM–5:00 PM or 5:30 PM–4:00 AM, with comprehensive benefits and compensation including stock options.

Requires AZ pharmacist license, 2+ years of experience in compounding, and familiarity with USP <795> and <800>. Strong math skills and ability to pass respirator fit testing are essential.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in AZ is required.
• 2+ years of pharmacist experience.
• Knowledge of USP <795>, <800> and related regulations.
• Ability to undergo respirator fit testing and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support personnel.
• Perform and document compounding and quality checks.
• Verify formulas, records, beyond-use dates, and finished products.
• Support training and evaluation of compounding personnel.
• Maintain compliance with USP, BOP, state, and federal requirements.
• Perform patient counseling, dispensing, and drug utilization reviews.
• Participate in quality assurance, audits, and CQI initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Coordinate with the Pharmacist-in-Charge on compliance and regulatory matters
