Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy required.
• Retail pharmacy experience and compounding preferred.
• Understanding of aseptic technique and USP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy.
• Perform formula calculations for compounded medications.
• Inspect sterile and non-sterile compounded lots.
• Verify color, consistency, and appearance of prescriptions.
• Provide guidance to providers on appropriate therapy and dosing.
