Qualifications

• BS or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree required.
• Kentucky pharmacist license in good standing; multi-state credentials may be required.
• Compounding experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise compounding personnel.
• Perform and document compounding procedures and QA checks.
• Train and evaluate compounding personnel.
• Receive and process customer and veterinarian orders.
• Calibrate and maintain compounding equipment and monitor the environment.
• Review materials for use in compounding.
• Provide consultation and answer questions.
