Job summary

Rx Relief is hiring a Compounding Pharmacist to create customized medications, both sterile and non-sterile, following prescriber orders. You will ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years of compounding experience, a Kentucky license, and USP expertise; certifications in specialty compounding are a plus. Pay ranges from $58 to $70 per hour with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of hands-on sterile and/or non-sterile compounding experience.
• Active Kentucky Pharmacist license.
• Pharmacy degree from an accredited program with USP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, formulate, compound, and dispense sterile and non-sterile preparations per prescriber orders.
• Maintain compliance with USP guidelines, FDA rules, and state board regulations.
• Lead and train compounding technicians for quality results.
• Consult with doctors, veterinarians, and patients on formulations and dosing.
• Oversee lab operations, inventory, cleanroom maintenance, and calibration.
