Job summary

Rx Relief in Nashville, TN is hiring a skilled Compounding Pharmacist to prepare sterile and non-sterile formulations per prescriber specifications.

You will supervise compounding technicians, perform final verification, oversee cleanroom upkeep and equipment calibration, and ensure USP compliance and Tennessee Board regulations. This role offers high pay rates and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Tennessee Pharmacist License.
• Pharm.D. or B.S. in Pharmacy.
• 1–2 years of compounding experience preferred with strong USP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare custom sterile and non-sterile formulations per prescriber specifications.
• Supervise compounding technicians and perform final verification checks.
