Red Rock Pharmacy in Springville, Utah is seeking Pharmacists to join our growing team in full-time, part-time, or PRN roles. This fast-growing compounding pharmacy specializes in customized medication solutions and collaborative care with prescribers.

As a Pharmacist, you will compound and prepare medications, ensure sterile and non-sterile preparations meet USP standards, provide clinical consultations, supervise technicians, maintain accurate records, and support safe, patient-centered

Qualifications

• Utah pharmacist license in good standing is required.
• Experience in compounding is preferred (sterile or non-sterile).
• Knowledge of compounding regulations and USP standards is expected.
• Strong attention to detail and patient safety is essential.

Responsibilities

• Compounding & medication preparation for patient-specific prescriptions.
• Sterile and non-sterile compounding including injections and topical formulations.
• Quality assurance through appropriate checks, verifications, and inspections.
• Regulatory compliance with USP <795>, <797>, <800> and FDA/DEA requirements.
• Clinical consultation with prescribers and healthcare providers.
• Patient communication regarding prescriptions and treatment options.
• Supervision of pharmacy technicians and direction of operations.
• Documentation and recordkeeping of formulas and compounding records.
• Support general pharmacy operations and maintain a clean, safe environment.
