Job summary

Sunny Delight Beverages Company seeks a Compounding Operator for its Dayton, New Jersey plant. The role focuses on blending, ingredient addition, batch creation, and adherence to MO/SOP procedures to support production goals.

The candidate should have 1+ year in compounding or similar GMP environments, be able to lift 55+ pounds, and pass a drug screen and physical. Shift is 6:30am–7:00pm on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year experience in compounding, blending, or mixing in GMP production environment.
• Pass a drug screen and physical.
• Ability to lift 55+ pounds periodically.
• Plant environment with temperature control and exposure to chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate blending equipment per MO and SOPs.
• Inspect, unload, and store inbound materials.
• Process work orders according to MO and production schedule.
• Create batch samples for QA testing.
• Add ingredients to blenders, process batches, and calculate quantities.
• Blend juices and water using various equipment.
• Perform basic math and complete batch correction paperwork.
• Pack products on pallets and secure for shipping.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Perform other assigned duties and use computers.
