Oil States International is seeking a Sr. Machine Operator to support production by preparing batches of raw materials, weighing with scales, and sanitizing processing equipment in accordance with QMS procedures.
Roles include completing logs, following hazardous material handling rules, and performing in-process quality checks under moderate supervision. The incumbent will train and mentor new hires and assist in maintenance and packaging as needed.

Prepares batches of raw materials for production processing according to specifications and established procedures. Obtains materials from inventory and utilizes scales or automated equipment to accurately weight. Cleans and sanitizes processing equipment, tanks, filters, pipes, lines, and pumps. Completes all documentation or logbooks accurately and in accordance with QMS. Follows hazardous material handling and personal protective equipment requirements, if applicable. Perform in-process quality procedures. Works under moderate supervision.
