Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a skilled maintenance/operations associate for 12-hour shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) in Minnesota. You will support polymer composite manufacturing processes, monitor equipment, and assist in maintenance and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 10 years’ experience in Plastics Fabrication.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read and understand reports and cross train on several operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preventive maintenance, adjustments, repairs and cleaning of equipment.
• Support modifications and improvements of equipment to reduce downtime.
• Monitor pollution control equipment and ensure proper operation.
• Perform autonomous maintenance as prescribed in Data Stream.
• Operate PIT and handle material processing steps safely.
