Job summary

Golden State Foods in Conyers, GA is seeking a dependable Compounder on 2nd shift to prepare and blend ingredients for our food products, following detailed formulas and operating batching equipment. You will record batch data, submit samples to QA, and ensure compliance with allergen controls, GMPs, and safety procedures.

This full-time role requires a High School diploma and the ability to lift 50–100 lbs, with PPE provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ months of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read formulas and safety documents.
• Strong math skills.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs.
• Ability to wear a full-face respirator.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix ingredients according to recipes.
• Operate batching systems and mixing equipment.
• Record lot numbers and batch data.
• Submit samples to QA and adjust per instructions.
• Clean and sanitize equipment.
• Follow allergen control, GMPs, and safety procedures.
• Work in cold or humid environments as needed.
