Description

Under general supervision, prepare simple formulations to include extracts, solutions, and liposomes and a few additional ingredients to complete the batching process; clean kettles and equipment including pumps and mixers. Must complete paperwork documenting batching progress and cleaning/sanitization procedures. Must adhere to company Safety, GMP, and GDP practices and work as part of a team towards common departmental goals including scrap and batch cycle time performance.

Qualifications

• Handy – able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate power/hydraulic industrial equipment.
• Good understanding of measurement units and basic math.
• Good communication skills and ability to read/write in English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity in a controlled manufacturing environment and knowledge of Aseptic Technique a plus.

Pay Range

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $22.75 to $32.00. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
