Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• WorkKeys Certification required.
• Previous manufacturing or pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work within regulated environments.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform mixing and compounding operations following batch instructions.
• Operate equipment such as tanks, mixers, pumps, and scales.
• Prepare materials and equipment for production processes.
• Accurately complete batch records in compliance with cGMP standards.
• Support tanker unloading and material handling activities.
• Maintain clean and compliant work areas and equipment.
• Assist with pilot batches and production support tasks.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
