Job summary

Accupac is hiring for a Compounder on the Mainland, PA facility with a 3rd shift (11:00pm-7:00am). You will compound bulk products, follow batch instructions, and ensure safety and quality in a clean, process-driven environment.

We offer competitive pay with a $2.00/hr shift differential and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement contributions. A high school diploma and 2+ years of manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required, and college coursework is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing or chemical handling is preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work with solvents and hot water.

Responsibilities

• Compound bulk products by following batch instructions and safety guidelines.
• Set up and sanitize manufacturing equipment for production runs.
• Verify materials and equipment readiness before batches.
• Record batch data and maintain accurate logs.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance for sampling and approvals.
• Assist with unloading and preparation of bulk storage tanks.
• Monitor systems daily and perform routine equipment upkeep.
• Follow cGMP and SOPs to ensure compliance and quality.

What You’ll Do

• Compound bulk products by following written batch instructions and safety guidelines
• Clean, sanitize, and set up manufacturing equipment for production runs
• Verify raw materials, equipment readiness, and compliance before starting batches
• Record batch data and logbook entries accurately and consistently
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance for product sampling and approval
• Support unloading and preparation of bulk storage tanks
• Perform daily system monitoring, DI water sampling, and routine equipment upkeep
• Conduct minor maintenance and assist with cleaning and painting tasks
• Follow cGMP and SOPs to ensure compliance and quality

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or chemical handling preferred
• Strong understanding of SOPs, cGMPs, and safety protocols
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and operate manual equipment
• Comfortable working with hot water, solvents, and sanitizing agents
• Must be able to wear a tight-fitted respirator
• Physically capable of repetitive tasks, working at heights, and working in dusty environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
