Job summary

TE Connectivity plc in Fuquay-Varina, NC is seeking a Production Operator IV - Compound for 1st shift (6am–2:30pm, Mon–Fri). You will monitor, set up and maintain the production line equipment, feed raw materials per schedule, perform minor repairs and test finished materials for compliance.

Required: 2+ years of experience with mixers, scales and other compounding equipment; a high school diploma; ability to read batch instructions; strong attention to detail and safety awareness; team oriented

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years’ experience with mixers, scales and other compounding equipment.
• Ability to read batch instructions and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, set up, and maintain production line equipment.
• Ensure feeding of raw materials per schedule.
• Perform minor repairs and test finished materials for compliance.
• Adhere to safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Assist with inventory of materials and collaboration with teams.
