Job summary

The City of McAllen is seeking workers to perform manual labor at the Composting Facility, sorting various materials and assisting with facility maintenance and custodial tasks. Under supervision, you will follow safety rules and procedures while contributing to efficient waste processing and waste reduction efforts.

Responsibilities include sorting materials, performing light maintenance on equipment, and conducting custodial duties as needed.

Job description

Under general supervision and procedural control, employee will perform manual labor involved with sorting various materials at Composting Facility. Employee will perform maintenance on equipment and custodial duties as needed. Employee may be assigned a variety of tasks and must abide by all safety rule and regulations.
