Compost Technicians are responsible for collecting food scraps from homes and businesses, transporting them safely, and helping process compost at our partner farms. You will “own” a fixed route on the same day(s) each week, driving one of our light utility trucks (Ford Rangers). This is a physical, outdoor role that requires reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to sustainability.
