Job summary

UMP seeks a senior compositor/lead to drive the entire show’s final look, assembling CG, matte paintings and elements into photoreal shots.

You will plan the compositing approach with the VFX supervisor, set the look, review every shot before delivery, and communicate confidently in English with directors and clients. This role supports a remote, project-based, full-time engagement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in visual effects for feature films or high-end series, with at least two shows as a supervisor or lead.
• Plans the compositing approach of a show with the VFX supervisor, sets the look and the standards, reviews every shot before delivery.
• Confident communication in English with directors, producers and clients.
• English at B1 level or higher: all communication inside the company is in English.

What we are looking for

• 8+ years in visual effects for feature films or high-end series, with at least two shows as a supervisor or lead

• Confident communication in English with directors, producers and clients
• Nuke: multi-pass CG, keying, deep compositing
• Photographic eye for light and colour
• ACES and OCIO colour pipeline
• English at B1 level or higher: all communication inside the company is in English
