Job summary

Roush is seeking a Senior Engineering Design Integration Specialist to ensure CAD data integrity and process discipline across engineering, operations and design teams. You will lead design peer reviews, manage digital compatibility checks, and align CAD structures with BOMs to minimize rework and risk on complex programs.

Strong CAD expertise and cross-functional collaboration are essential. The role emphasizes process improvement, release readiness, and clear communication with program teams

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience in CAD design, product design, engineering support or related fields
• Experience with CAD systems, product structures, assemblies, drawings, released data, or BOMs
• Experience supporting design reviews, CAD quality checks, packaging reviews, and release readiness reviews
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Program Management, Operations)
• Strong understanding of CAD best practices, release workflows, and product development processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Ability to facilitate peer reviews and digital compatibility reviews without owning final design deliverables
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify CAD quality, integration, packaging, release, and BOM alignment concerns
• Ability to document issues clearly and track closure

Responsibilities

• Lead CAD quality and process adherence across project teams
• Schedule and facilitate design peer reviews and document actions
• Lead digital compatibility reviews prior to milestones and communicate findings
• Perform CAD-to-BOM alignment checks and coordinate corrections
• Serve as operational liaison to Design and communicate resource needs
• Support quote development by identifying CAD review scope and risks
• Develop CAD quality standards, templates, and lessons learned
