You will perform quality inspections, operate and maintain tools, and collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot production issues, while maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in composites is a plus.
• Experience in composite manufacturing or related field.
• Strong understanding of composite materials and properties.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools and machinery used for composite fabrication.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
