Job summary

A&P Technology, a leader in precision braided textiles, seeks a Product Design Engineer (Composites) to connect customers with braided product solutions and drive new product development from concept to production.

You will troubleshoot, develop, and optimize braided composites, collaborating with sales, quality, and manufacturing to meet technical objectives and deliver high-performance products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Composite Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in composite fabrication or design and analysis.
• Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks or Catia.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers to identify technical goals and braided solutions.
• Collaborate with design and production teams from design to production delivery.
• Support customers with composite processing and troubleshooting.
• Develop new products from concept through production, ensuring technical objectives are met.
