CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking a Composite Process Engineer in Klickitat County, WA to lead the development, validation, and optimization of advanced composite manufacturing processes.

You will bridge design and production, delivering robust, repeatable processes for aerospace-grade components. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in composite manufacturing or process engineering, with knowledge of composite materials and fabrication methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in composite manufacturing or process engineering.
• Knowledge of composite materials and fabrication methods; DFMA principles.
• Experience in regulated aerospace/defense environments preferred.
• Nice to have: SolidWorks, CATIA, PLC, data acquisition, SPC, Lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead composite process development from concept to full-rate production.
• Develop and validate fabrication methods, tooling, fixtures, and processes.
• Create production-ready processes, work instructions, tooling packages.
• Drive waste reduction, cycle-time improvement, and yield enhancements.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, operations, and vendors.
