You will inspect materials, operate and maintain equipment, and follow detailed work instructions to ensure quality.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the ability to perform repetitive motions. Third shift, Monday–Friday, 12:00 am–8:30 am; U.S.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in production/manufacturing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform repetitive motion.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders according to production schedules.
• Applies ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards in daily work.
• Performs tape wrapping, cutting, compression molding, and hand layup for composites.
• Measures and visually inspects products using precision instruments.
• Mixes and measures resin and adhesives.
• Adjusts oven temperatures and reviews blueprints for methods.
• Maintains production and processing equipment.
• Performs upper-body mobility tasks as required.
