Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for production operations.
• Operate and maintain equipment to ensure smooth workflow and production efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of manufacturing equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment or processes, implementing solutions as needed.
• Document production processes and report deviations or issues to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians to meet production goals.
• Contribute to training new team members on manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Provide feedback on manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
