Anduril Industries in Morrisville, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our composites manufacturing team. You will maintain a range of production equipment, including autoclaves, presses, ovens, and ply cutters, ensuring uptime and safety in prototype and production environments.

You will work with a small team, use CMMS for PMs, help improve maintenance procedures, and may perform off-hours work to minimize downtime.

Formación

• 2+ years in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing facility
• Ability to read and interpret safety procedures, operation rules, and maintenance manuals
• Ability to communicate with multi-disciplinary teams (MFG Eng, Supply Chain, Leads, Managers, Quality)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• On-site, Morrisville, NC facility; eligible for US Secret security clearance

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on composite manufacturing equipment (autoclaves, ovens, hydraulic presses, ply cutters, filament winders)
• Ensure maintenance records are complete and properly filed
• Use CMMS to complete PMs and track weekly progress
• Participate in facility improvement projects and develop/ improve maintenance procedures
• Develop creative solutions for processes and equipment maintenance
• Troubleshoot and perform unscheduled maintenance; may include off-hours work to minimize downtime
• Assist in sourcing parts balancing lead time and cost
• Assist in commissioning new equipment and expanding infrastructure (air, vacuum)
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors on-site
