Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with technicians and engineers to design and build composite components and tooling.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and work instructions.
• Manage MBOMs, quality plans, and inspection requirements.
• Act as a conduit between engineering data and manufacturing to ensure parts are produced as designed.
• Support on-time delivery by solving production blockers and driving accountability.
• Collaborate with program managers to inform critical decision points for milestones.
