Anduril Industries in North Carolina is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join the composites team, building and iterating advanced parts for UAVs and related platforms. You will work hands-on with technicians and engineers to design, document, and implement manufacturability improvements. The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 2+ years in composite manufacturing, CAD/CAM experience (NX preferred), and on-site presence in Morrisville.

Anduril’s Manufacturing team is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team to support Anduril Composites branch in North Carolina. This Manufacturing Team is responsible for rapidly iterating and building cutting‑edge composite parts and assemblies for numerous business lines across Anduril. This role encompasses everything in the manufacturing value‑chain, including, but not limited to, MBOM Management, Work Instruction creation, Design for Manufacturability work, work cell optimization, tool design & selection, process creation & optimization, vendor sourcing & interaction, quality planning, and work documentation associated with the composite and metallic structures.
US Salary Range: $70,000 — $121,000 USD. The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
