Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 3–6 months manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to pass basic operation test and demonstrate safe work habits.

Responsibilities

• Follow applicable work instructions and processes (work orders, traveler, MPS, engineer directive).
• Report on assigned work orders and inspect quality of materials.
• Inspect equipment and materials for proper operation and document findings.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and ensure proper material staging and identification.
• Support continuous improvement and teamwork by communicating issues to supervisors.
