Job summary

Sioux Manufacturing is seeking a diligent team member to operate and prepare materials for molding processes. You will follow documented work instructions, manage materials, stack and align sheets, and document measurements to ensure traceability.

You will inspect equipment, maintain a clean work area, and support quality assurance through accurate data recording. A high school diploma or GED and basic operation test are required, with manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: 3–6 months manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to pass basic operation test (program loading, startup, shutdown).
• Ability to read work instructions and follow directions accurately.
• Basic math, measurement, and documentation skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions and processes, such as work orders and travelers.
• Report on assigned work orders and inspect for damage on caul sheets.
• Prepare caul sheets for molding and layup material per MPS guidelines.
• Operate oven controller and monitor cycle times and quality data.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and proper documentation for traceability.
• Support continuous improvement by documenting issues and suggesting corrective actions.
