Shape durable products as a core member of our Operations teamAs a Composite Fabrication Technician (Fiberglass), you’ll be part of the Operations Department, carrying out the daily procedures that bring fiberglass components to life. Your day blends hands-on craftsmanship with careful attention to detail and clear communication.A day in this roleYou start by preparing your station and tools, then move into precision work: cutting raw materials, grinding edges, sanding surfaces, buffing to a clean finish, and assembling parts. Throughout the shift, you keep equipment in good working order and your workspace organized. If you encounter a defect, malfunction, or anything that seems off, you document it and report it promptly.
