Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a technical or applications engineering role in composites or aerospace.
• Proficiency in CAD software; SolidWorks or Catia preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to translate technical requirements into CF3D-based solutions.
• Design and optimize CF3D tooling, parameters, and process workflows.
• Monitor real-time printing parameters, fiber placement, layup, and cure profiles.
• Provide hands-on shop floor support for setup, tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Lead application-focused projects from concept to completion with cross-functional teams.
• Develop training materials and documentation for customers and internal teams.
• Contribute feedback to R&D to drive hardware, software, and material improvements.
