Overview

We develop products and processes related to Cryogenic Fluid and Thermal Management Systems, Densified Propellant Management Systems, and Prototype Extreme Pressure and Temperature Systems. Responsibilities

• Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
• Interact professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers.
• Work independently while coordinating efforts with others.
• Comply with all safety and health regulations.
• Work safely and promote safety among teammates.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating hazardous conditions.
• Maintain a safe and healthy workplace.
• Perform routine tasks involving pneumatic and hydraulic systems, including disassembly, cleaning, assembly, and testing, following CPF and NASA requirements.

Qualifications

• Possess required certifications and perform duties of a Component Technician, Certified.
• Assist in performance management as Shop Lead.
• Assign, direct, and participate in work of personnel under supervision.
• Ensure performance goals are met and work is properly documented.
• Utilize PC and systems for test control and data collection.
• Promote customer relations and provide technical support.
• Must pass background check, be a U.S. citizen, and provide necessary documentation.
• High School Diploma or GED plus five+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and schematics, and work with complex mechanical systems.
• Training in shop analysis processes and PPE use for hazardous tasks.

Physical Requirements

• Lift at least 30 pounds regularly.
• Walk, bend, stoop, and work overhead for extended periods.
• Push, pull, climb stairs, and stand for long durations.
• Wear PPE for extended hours and tolerate extreme temperatures.
