Job summary

Builders FirstSource, the nation’s largest supplier of building materials, is seeking a Production Supervisor for its Albuquerque location. You will oversee and coordinate component manufacturing activities, set daily goals, and drive productivity with safety in mind.

The role emphasizes on-the-job training, supervising teams, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring quality standards. Strong communication and ERP/Microsoft Office skills are required to lead continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five years’ experience coordinating component manufacturing activities.
• Experience supervising teams and enforcing safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise individuals and work teams in component production activities to meet output goals.
• Provide on-the-job skills and quality standards training for staff.
• Meet with teams to communicate daily/weekly/monthly production goals and provide feedback.
• May supervise inventory, unloading, storage, and movement of raw materials and finished goods.
• Perform duties of assigned employees when needed and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Other duties as assigned.
