Job description

In this role you will be a ComponentEngineer for a client that works in the electronics manufacturing industry. This role is responsible for supporting the control of electronic part requirements.

This is a direct hire role that must be performed on-site.

The pay is $90,000 to $110,000

Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 7+ years of experience in component engineering
• Strong background with Microsoft Office products
• Strong knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management systems (PLM)
• Experience generating Source Control Drawings (SCD's)
• Ability to complete supplier control documentation reviews
• Strong working knowledge of part program requirements compliance (program approved parts list/nonconformance reports/test documents)
• Ability to generate discrepant material report (DMR) and Resolution
• Strong Data Management (configuration, logging and storage/maintain electronic database)
• Familiar with EEE parts selection, characterization/evaluation, screening, prohibitive/restrictive usage, traceability,lot control, destructive physical analysis (DPA) and nuclear radiation requirements for space programs
