Job summary

Indotronix UK in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Component Assembler to build precision components by hand and with power tools, following detailed blueprints and work instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of manufacturing assembly, strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments, and clear verbal communication with teammates and supervisors. OT may be required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in reading blueprints and operating precision measuring instruments
• Minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing assembly
• Solid mechanical aptitude and hands-on assembly capability
• High school diploma or GED
• Effective verbal communication skills

• Assemble components by hand and with power tools precisely according to detailed blueprints and work instructions
• Ensure adherence to quality standards by performing prescribed assembly and testing procedures
• Identify process improvement opportunities and effectively communicate suggestions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation while supporting department housekeeping
• Demonstrate high standards for productivity, quality, and workplace safety
• Flexibly rotate through multiple assembly stations as required
• Exhibit strong teamwork and exceptional customer service with peers and supervisors
• Commit to mandatory overtime and weekend shifts when scheduled
