Job summary

100Hires, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking an assembler for 1st shift (6am–2:30pm; overtime possible). You will assemble components with hand and power tools, read blueprints, and follow standard work instructions to meet quality specifications.

The position requires at least one year of manufacturing assembly experience and a solid mechanical background. Overtime, weekend hours, and cross-training across stations are common; strong teamwork and clear communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components on time and according to quality specifications.
• Read blueprints and follow standard work instructions.

• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and assist with department housekeeping.
• Work overtime and weekend hours as needed; may train across multiple stations.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments; contribute to teamwork and safety.
