Job summary

RTX is seeking a Component Analyst for an onsite role in McKinney, TX. You will support material handling, including discrepant material disposition, packaging criteria, and collaboration with engineers and warehouse staff to ensure compliant processing of electronic and mechanical components.

The role requires reading engineering drawings and applying quality controls across sensitive parts, with periodic travel to other North Texas warehouses as needed.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with warehousing, handling, and quality control of components (electrical and mechanical).
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Research drawings/specifications and datasheets for proper packaging and handling.
• Capture, document, and segregate discrepant material.
• Coordinate dispositioning of material with program personnel.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production staff.
• Consult with Component Engineers on technical issues.
• Assist with disposition of Quality Notifications related to component non-conformance.
