• Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area clean and organized, including tables, counters, and serving stations.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of breakfast items and supplies, and communicate needs to the supervisor.
• Health and Safety: Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure food is handled and stored properly.
• Customer Service: Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.

Complimentary Breakfast Attendant

Salary Range: $16.75 - $17.50 per hour

Position Summary

As a key member of the guest experience team, the Complimentary Breakfast Attendant delivers exceptional service during the hotel’s morning dining period. This role is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and replenishing the complimentary breakfast area in accordance with health regulations. The attendant ensures a welcoming, clean, and well-stocked environment, proactively engaging with guests to enhance satisfaction and resolve any service needs. Collaboration with the culinary and housekeeping teams is essential to uphold a seamless and elevated guest experience. A strong focus on hospitality, attention to detail, and time management is critical in this fast-paced, guest-facing role.
