Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Banking Industry/ Financial services in learning and development.
• Knowledge of U.S. Banking regulations and compliance practices on BSA, AML and OFAC.
• ACAMS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of LCD policies and procedures, including reviews and updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and analyze training data.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve training effectiveness.
• Coordinate and streamline training programs with stakeholders.
• Prepare reporting materials and presentation decks for committees and senior management.
• Compile documentation in response to audit requests and support ad-hoc compliance initiatives.
