Job summary

YMCA of Greater Charlotte seeks an Association Manager of Compliance Training to administer the CPR/BSS certification lifecycle, manage the LMS (Schoox) and HSIs, and ensure audit-ready records across multiple systems. You will supervise instructors, align training with safety requirements, and own non-CPR/BSS curricula with subject-matter experts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in compliance administration, training coordination, or credentialing management.
• Experience administering an LMS, preferably Schoox or enterprise models.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Strong ability to manage records across multiple systems with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Direct the administration and accuracy of CPR/BSS certification lifecycle across systems.
• Supervise instructors and ensure in-person training quality and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with Risk, Aquatics, and program teams to align training with safety requirements.
• Own compliance curricula beyond CPR/BSS and audit content currency and completion.
• Provide LMS support for Emergency Action Plan training while content ownership remains with Risk.
• Manage the vendor relationship with HSI and ensure system integrations are current.
• Maintain the CPR/BSS certification calendar and recertification cycles ahead of peak season.
• Reconcile records across Schoox, HSI, and Praesidium Academy for audit readiness.
• Evaluate course effectiveness and drive process improvements in system design and delivery.
• Build and maintain compliance reporting to track completion rates and trends.
• Notify staff of upcoming renewals and coordinate with regional directors on needs.
• Handle day-of class issues and occasional evening/weekend coverage during peak season.
• Oversee the compliance training budget and vendor contracts.
• Communicate initiatives and outcomes to leadership with regular status reports.
