Job summary

Primerica is seeking a Compliance Education Coordinator in Duluth, GA for a hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). The position designs, plans, and implements annual compliance training for Home Office employees and field agents to meet regulatory requirements, serving as Principal for ACM, Firm Element CE and Sales Force training.

The role involves coordinating training programs, meetings with senior leaders, newsletters, and publications of compliance bulletins, with a focus on accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Finance or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience managing projects and coordinating with various departments.
• FINRA SIE, Series 6/7 and Series 24/26 securities licenses (or obtained within 150 days of hire).
• Preferred: FINRA Series 65/66 licenses; experience with FINRA, SEC and State DOIs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analysis to determine training needs for the field and lead meetings with CCO to review and propose changes.
• Create training programs by writing outlines, scripts, and coordinating filming.
• Lead annual meetings with Primerica CEO/President/GC for filming and draft scripts.
• Roll out training program to the field and coordinate campaigns for incomplete trainings.
• Coordinate annual SME review of training program and update materials with Learning Center.
• Respond to Compliance Help Desk questions from the field and Home Office on a wide range of topics.
• Produce newsletters and lead quarterly reviews with CCO for drafts.
• Publish quarterly Firm WSPs and coordinate annual reviews of primary WSPs.
