Qualifications

In this role, you will support the firm’s compliance function by contributing to technology solutions that help meet regulatory obligations. Collaborating with senior engineers and the Legal & Compliance team, you will design, build, and ship one well-scoped project end to end: a working tool that automates a process the Compliance team currently handles manually. You will write production-quality code, work with real data, and partner directly with compliance officers and engineers. You’ll create something the team actually uses. **Your Project**Your project will be chosen from our 2027 roadmap based on team priorities and your skills. Projects will fall into one of two areas:* Internal monitoring. Build services that ingest trading or activity data, apply compliance rules, flag exceptions, and surface them to reviewers through a clean interface. Examples include checking that activity stays within defined restrictions, or reconciling records and timestamps across systems to catch discrepancies.* Team metrics and reporting.
