Jabil is seeking aCompliance Specialist, Technology to join the onsite team in St. Petersburg, FL.

The role focuses on enabling and scaling compliance programs through technology, analytics, and system integration across global operations. You will collaborate with Legal, Supply Chain, IT, and Data teams to translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions, build dashboards (Power BI), and support automation, testing, and change management initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, data analytics, compliance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in compliance, business analysis, data analytics, or systems-related roles.
• Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP GTS, ERP platforms) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into system capabilities, business rules, and functional specifications.
• Analyze compliance data across systems to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for automation and control improvements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) to provide visibility into compliance performance and risk indicators.
• Partner with Legal, Trade Compliance, Government Compliance, Supply Chain, IT, and Data teams to ensure systems effectively support regulatory requirements and operational execution.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), system validation, and change management for compliance‑related technology deployments.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to standardize data structures, reporting frameworks, and compliance metrics.
• Assist in the design and implementation of automated controls, alerts, and monitoring capabilities within compliance systems.
• Support audit readiness by ensuring data integrity, traceability, and documentation across compliance platforms.
• Provide user support, training, and documentation for compliance tools and systems.
• Monitor emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance compliance system capabilities and scalability.
