Jabil is seeking an Automation Engineering support professional to design, analyze, modify, and integrate robotics, automation, and tooling for programs and products. You will develop and test preventive maintenance plans and assist in documenting engineering changes to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
Lead a technician team, coordinate tasks, and drive continuous improvement while interfacing with engineering and operations to support deployments across our manufacturing sites.
Qualificações
- Several years of hands-on maintenance leadership in a manufacturing/automation environment.
- Experience coordinating technicians and managing complex maintenance operations.
- Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and compliance.

- Coordinate technician team activities and complex maintenance operations
- Plan tasks, allocate resources, and ensure schedule adherence
- Oversee documentation, configuration updates, and test records
- Lead validation, calibration, and equipment readiness
- Drive reliability improvements and preventive maintenance execution
