Job summary

Providence is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support the USFHP Compliance and Privacy Program, operating at the intersection of healthcare operations, regulatory integrity, and patient advocacy.

You will collaborate with clinical and operational teams to identify risks, interpret regulations, monitor performance, and investigate concerns, driving corrective actions to safeguard accountability and patient privacy.

Qualifications

• 2 years of compliance/privacy experience in a healthcare setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or health-related field.
• CHC certification preferred.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years Compliance/privacy experience in a healthcare setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Business, or health-related field


• Upon hire: Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC)


• 3 years Information Security, Health Information Management, Accreditation Services, or Revenue Cycle Services in lieu of direct Compliance/Privacy experience.
