Children’s Home Association of Illinois (CHAIL) is seeking a Compliance Specialist for the Intact program in Peoria, IL. The role provides essential office support, maintains client records, coordinates services, and assists staff with phones and visitor interactions.

Qualifications include a minimum high school diploma, 5 years of office experience, strong written and oral communication, Excel and word processing skills, and a typing speed of at least 55 WPM.

About the position:

This position involves office support services to the Intact program staff, including maintaining client records, completing file reviews, coordinating services, tracking client documentation, communicating effectively with staff, answering phones and assisting visitors.
