Fairfield Homes, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Specialist I to support on-site teams and residents in affordable housing program compliance.
The role focuses on processing verifications from start to finish, communicating with residents and third-party verifiers to gather required information. You will ensure certifications align with HUD Section 8, LIHTC, RD and other income-restricted programs, maintain files, and help achieve 100% on-time recertifications while delivering high-quality customer

Minimum 1 year in the affordable housing industry (i.e. HUD, RD, and/or LIHTC).
Hybrid. This is a hybrid position based out of your primary residence. Ohio applicants will be given priority to align with business needs.
$21 – $23 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

You are a Compliance Specialist I with at least one (1) year of experience in affordable housing who is responsible for processing verifications from start to finish, communicating directly with residents and third‑party verifiers to get necessary information. Delivering the highest level of customer service, your goal is to work towards the compliance goal of having 100% on‑time recertifications.
