Job Details

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Compliance Coordinator to join our growing team in the Manufacturing industry. As a Compliance Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our company adheres to all legal standards and in-house policies. You will be responsible for enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as provide guidance on compliance matters. This role is ideal for someone who is a strategic thinker, enjoys solving complex problems, and has a deep understanding of the regulatory compliance landscape, particularly in the manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities
  • Understand and adhere to all compliance requirements related to the manufacturing industry.
  • Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risk.
  • Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
  • Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
  • Resolve employee concerns about legal compliance.
  • Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals.
  • Ensure the company is in compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor changes in relevant legislation and accreditation standards that might affect the company's policies or practices.
  • Collaborate with corporate attorneys to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations.
  • Assess the business's future ventures to identify possible compliance risks.
  • Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training.
  • Prepare and present clear and concise compliance reports to the management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience with FDA and USDA regulations is a must.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations.
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record-keeping.
  • Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities.
  • An analytical mind able to “see” the complexities of procedures and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High moral standards and professional ethics.
  • Certified compliance professional is a plus.
