Vimly Benefit Solutions, Inc. is seeking a full-time Compliance Specialist to support its Corporate Compliance Program. You will interpret regulatory requirements, identify risks, and partner across departments to improve processes, controls and reporting.
The role reports to the Sr. Director of Compliance & Privacy. Responsibilities include monitoring regulatory changes, managing filings and licenses, and supporting HITRUST R2 and SOC audits.

Vimly Benefit Solutions is seeking a full-time Compliance Specialist to support its Corporate Compliance Program and client compliance obligations for multi-employer and complex group benefits administration. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Compliance & Privacy, this role will research and interpret regulatory requirements, identify compliance risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and partner across departments to improve processes, controls, training, documentation, and reporting.
Candidates located in Washington or Tennessee are strongly preferred. We will also consider exceptionally qualified candidates residing in other approved hiring locations. At this time, we cannot consider applicants residing in locations outside of our approved employment jurisdictions
Base salary: $60,000 - $70,000. Eligible for annual bonus earnings, up to 5% of annual salary. Actual compensation offered may vary depending upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
