Job summary

Vimly Benefit Solutions, Inc. is seeking a full-time Compliance Specialist to support its Corporate Compliance Program. You will interpret regulatory requirements, identify risks, and partner across departments to improve processes, controls and reporting.

The role reports to the Sr. Director of Compliance & Privacy. Responsibilities include monitoring regulatory changes, managing filings and licenses, and supporting HITRUST R2 and SOC audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in a compliance, regulatory, or similar role in health insurance or related health care.
• Certification in CHC, CIPP/US, CHPC or CRCM, or willing to obtain.
• Experience with HITRUST R2 and SOC 1/SOC 2 audits.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Monitor federal and state regulatory changes affecting clients.
• Manage required filings and business licenses in applicable states.
• Support HIPAA investigations and documentation.
• Assist with HITRUST R2, SOC 1/SOC 2 audits, control reviews, risk assessments, and training.
